About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, including bulk hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles, along with the ability to generate leads and support business development activities. Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad and willing to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements within specified timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
- Update lead information and maintain records in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Support business development initiatives by scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment and/or Lead Generation.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Exposure to bulk hiring will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience using recruitment portals such as:
- Naukri.com
- Monster
- Indeed
- LinkedIn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and networking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
