Position: Talent Acquisition & Lead Generation Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Remote Opportunity)

Experience: 0–1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, including bulk hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles, along with the ability to generate leads and support business development activities. Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad and willing to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Manage bulk hiring requirements within specified timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.

Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
  • Update lead information and maintain records in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Support business development initiatives by scheduling meetings with prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment and/or Lead Generation.
  • Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using recruitment portals such as:
  • Naukri.com
  • Monster
  • Indeed
  • LinkedIn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Local resident of Ahmedabad.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow in recruitment and business development.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
