Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will focus on engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales through outbound calls. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining product features, resolving queries, and maintaining detailed call records. The role also involves collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
