Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will focus on engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales through outbound calls. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining product features, resolving queries, and maintaining detailed call records. The role also involves collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve individual and organizational sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 6 Months to 2 years of Experience in Lead generation, Telesales and outbound calling .
  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clarity, and persuasive speaking.
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.
  • Understanding of SaaS or Edtech Sales strategies with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or related tools is beneficial.
