Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential corporate and educational partners through targeted outreach and data-driven market research.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to articulate program value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, contract closure, and client onboarding.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and uncovering upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to forecast revenue and inform strategic decisions.
Skills & Qualifications- Must-Have:
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the EdTech, training services, or professional development sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events.
