Role: Lead Generation Executive

Job Description:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
- Conduct US outbound calling to generate and qualify business leads.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Track and report lead generation metrics and performance.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads.
Required Skills:
- Experience with US calling / international outbound calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lead generation tools, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
- Good research and data collection skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
