Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative at our Pune location. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and following up on business opportunities. The representative will also develop and maintain strong client relationships, present solutions to meet clients needs, and execute strategies to meet sales and business development goals. Collaboration with other teams to achieve revenue targets is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development and Sales, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation abilities to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for sales reporting and pipeline management is a plus.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Salary up to 6 LPA
