Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting lead generation and outreach activities for IMPAAKT Magazine.
The role focuses on data extraction, prospect identification, and outreach execution, ensuring accurate tracking and consistency in communication. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to maintain lead pipelines and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and extract relevant lead data from assigned platforms and sources
- Conduct LinkedIn-based prospecting and database building
- Execute email outreach campaigns as per defined templates
- Maintain and update lead tracking sheets and databases
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and reporting
- Support the sales team with structured lead lists and outreach tracking
- Follow defined workflows for prospecting and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience strictly in Lead Generation role (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheets)
- LinkedIn for prospecting
- Email tools for outreach
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail in data management and reporting
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily/weekly targets
- Good written communication skills for professional email outreach
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
