Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using different tools.
- Leverage data mining to identify new leads and build accurate prospect lists.
- Lead and mentor a team of lead generation, optimizing performance and processes.
- Manage and analyze lead generation campaigns, ensuring high-quality leads are generated and passed to sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and reports on lead generation performance to senior leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation and prospecting with a focus on B2B environments.
- Expertise in Apollo, Lusha, Zoom Info, Rocket Reach, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator and others tools for lead sourcing.
- Strong data mining and lead prospecting skills.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign optimization.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/ LinkedIn) and reporting tools.
