Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using different tools.
  • Leverage data mining to identify new leads and build accurate prospect lists.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lead generation, optimizing performance and processes.
  • Manage and analyze lead generation campaigns, ensuring high-quality leads are generated and passed to sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide insights and reports on lead generation performance to senior leadership.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation and prospecting with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Expertise in ApolloLushaZoom InfoRocket ReachLinkedIn, and Sales Navigator and others tools for lead sourcing.
  • Strong data mining and lead prospecting skills.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/ LinkedIn) and reporting tools.
