Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive B2B Domain

Location: Pune Viman Nagar]

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Lead Generation Executive (LGE) or Business Development Executive (BDE) in B2B domain

Work Mode: WFO / WFH as applicable

Shift Timing: Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

CTC: As per industry standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients/customers through various online channels
  • Generate leads through cold calling
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs
  • Present and explain the client's products/services and value proposition
  • Handle multiple campaign dialings such as Whitepaper, MQL, HQL, Webinar, BANT, and AG
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Continuously improve lead generation strategies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1yr of experience in the B2B Lead Generation industry as a Lead Generation Executive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working in the US shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and rotational shifts as required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
