Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Lead Generation Executive (LGE) or Business Development Executive (BDE) in B2B domain
Work Mode: WFO / WFH as applicable
Shift Timing: Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
CTC: As per industry standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients/customers through various online channels
- Generate leads through cold calling
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Engage prospects to understand their business needs
- Present and explain the client's products/services and value proposition
- Handle multiple campaign dialings such as Whitepaper, MQL, HQL, Webinar, BANT, and AG
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Continuously improve lead generation strategies and techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum 1yr of experience in the B2B Lead Generation industry as a Lead Generation Executive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working in the US shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and rotational shifts as required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
