About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-drivenAppointment Generation Executiveto join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in generating qualified leads and setting appointments with decision-makers across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in theB2B segment.
  • Reach out to prospects viacold calls, emails, and LinkedInto generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's products/services.
  • Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthlylead generation and appointment targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Track and report outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ yearsof experience as an Appointment Generation Executive inB2B Lead Generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East) preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
