Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, databases, and other lead sources.
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems and Excel sheets.
- Execute outbound lead generation activities via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling (if required).
- Analyze lead data to improve targeting, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and performance reports.
- Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, data mining, or business development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work independently as well as in a team.
