Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Saket. The role involves identifying and prospecting new leads, conducting comprehensive market research, managing outbound marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating contact lists, cold calling, nurturing leads, and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving growth by building relationships with potential clients and ensuring a pipeline of new opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in identifying and acquiring new leads and experience in lead generation processes
  • Strong skills in market research to identify trends and assess business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for converting leads into customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in transportation or corporate travel services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
