Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality business leads. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by targeting decision-makers in other businesses through strategic outreach and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B clients through market research and online tools
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and databases
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
- Understanding of B2B sales funnel and buyer journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to research and target B2B decision-makers
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
