Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (IT Sales) with 0 1 year of experience to join our growing team on-site in Indore, MP.

Location: Indore

Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients for IT services.
• Assist in IT bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and similar portals
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Generate leads through online platforms, calls, and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and onboarding
• Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline, and reports
• Support marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements

0 months 1 year of experience in Lead generation / IT Sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)

Good command of English for international client interaction

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team effectively
