Introduction-

The is a full-time work from office role. The ideal candidate is expected to work onsite from our Indore office, Mondays to Saturdays, 10 am-7:30 pm.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to drive high-impact campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AI-powered products, and enterprise solutions. The role requires expertise in B2B lead generation, multi-channel outreach, and CRM-based campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted lead generation campaigns for enterprise solutions, including Microsoft, Oracle, and AI-driven technologies
  • Research & identify potential customers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, cold calling, Zoom Info, Apollo Io and CRM tools.
  • Engage & qualify leads by gathering key insights before passing them to the sales team.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Provide clients with regular reports and insights on lead generation performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud, AI-powered solutions, or IT products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet lead generation targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with B2B technology brands, SaaS companies, or IT distributors.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Prior experience in the MEA region is a plus.
