Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining a pipeline of new leads, conducting thorough market research to support lead generation efforts, and effective communication with prospects. The role also involves contributing to sales initiatives by collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying new leads to build a strong pipeline
  • Experience in Market Research to evaluate opportunities and generate insights
  • Strong Communication skills for creating and nurturing client relationships
  • Understanding of Sales processes and ability to support sales strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is desirable
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
