Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing administrative and logistical support to project managers and project teams. This position involves coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communications, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within scope. The Project Coordinator works closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to track project progress, manage project timelines, and ensure all project deliverables are achieved.

Key Qualifications:- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus but not required.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field. Must know LAN structure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations.

Working Conditions:
