About the Role
Are you passionate about connecting with people, exploring new markets, and growing business opportunities Join our dynamic consulting team working in HR Outsourcing, Staffing, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), and Compliance services. Were expanding across India and global markets like the US, UK, EU, GCC, and ANZ, and we need enthusiastic professionals to help us grow!

What Youll Be Doing
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other channels
Schedule meetings and join senior team members in discussions with clients
Follow up on leads, take meeting notes (MoMs), and help with next steps
Research trends in HR, compliance, finance, and global consulting markets
Connect with decision-makers like Directors and CXOs
Maintain lead data in our CRM/MIS system
Help with creating presentations and business proposals
Travel locally (Mumbai) and occasionally across India for client visits

What Were Looking For
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
14 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with research, writing, and building relationships
Good with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing to travel when needed
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
Open to candidates from other fields who want to explore business development in the consulting space!
