*About the Role*
MeetGoals is looking for a result-driven *Lead Generation & Business Development Executive* to support our expansion and partnership initiatives. This role involves structured lead research, strategic outreach, and client engagement to drive meaningful collaborations and business growth.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Research and identify potential clients, partners, and collaboration opportunities.
* Generate and qualify leads using tools such as *Apollo software* and *LinkedIn Sales Navigator*.
* Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
* Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and explore partnership opportunities.
* Coordinate with the core team to convert qualified leads into meetings and business discussions.
* Assist in follow-ups, proposals, and partnership conversations.
* Maintain CRM records and track outreach, conversions, and lead performance.
* Analyze data and suggest improvements to optimize lead generation strategies.
*Who We're Looking For*
* Candidates with *6 months to 1 year of experience* in lead generation, sales, or business development.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Hands-on experience using *Apollo software* and *LinkedIn Sales Navigator*. (preferable)
* Proactive, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable handling client-facing communication.
