Position: Business Development Specialist & Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad (Strictly On-Site | No Remote, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'RE NOT IN AHMEDABAD)

Shift Time: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (IST) | US Market Exposure

Your Role (What Exactly You Gonna Do)

You will be the first point of interaction between our company and US-based insurance companies.

Your core responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant insurance companies across the United States
• Understand which insurance companies / agencies are actively looking to hire or expand their teams
• Find and validate agency owners and decision-makers contact details
• Connect with them via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with our Senior Management team for further engagement
