Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Lead Generation and Marketing role based in Delhi, India. The role involves spearheading lead-generation efforts by identifying potential clients, maintaining client databases, and developing outreach strategies. Responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions, and creating proposals and presentations. The candidate will also track industry trends, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to developing sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lead Generation, Sales Strategies, and Business Development
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management
• Strong communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, CRM Tools, and Market Research
• Knowledge of marine and offshore engineering or relevant technical fields is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
