Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across international markets (excluding India) for our EdTech platform. The role focuses on lead generation, performance marketing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms

Generate high-quality international leads for online courses, certifications, and degree programs

Research and target country-specific audiences based on demographics, interests, and behavior

Create and manage ad creatives, copies, and landing page strategies

Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS

Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns

Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and videos

Implement remarketing and lookalike audience strategies

Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager

Ensure leads are properly integrated into CRM (Zoho or similar)

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Tools:

Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Experience running international campaigns
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Basic understanding of landing pages & CRO

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech / Education / Online Courses
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp & email automation
  • Understanding of SEO & content marketing
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

  • 24 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • (Freshers with strong hands-on ad experience and portfolio are welcome)
