Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and manage a team of recruiters. This role will be instrumental in driving hiring strategies, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and meeting the talent needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various departments and roles (Non-Technical & Technical).
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Conduct training and development programs to build capability within the TA team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that drives performance and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Regularly communicate hiring progress and pipeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations and resolve conflicts related to recruitment activities.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for scalability, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to ensure proper tracking and reporting of all hiring activity.
  • Build dashboards and reports to present recruitment KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize ATS workflows to ensure efficient candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
  • Develop and execute social recruiting strategies to enhance employer brand visibility and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 8 +years of Human Resource Talent acquisition experience within an organization of a multinational company environment
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource/other
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through all possible sourcing strategies – e.g. social media, networking, cooperation with external partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
