Shift: US Shift (EST - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM professional to manage advanced access management operations and support critical business applications. This role requires strong ownership of access lifecycle processes, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage end-to-end access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across multiple systems.
. Handle complex access requests, approvals, and escalations with minimal supervision.
. Ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs and quality standards.
. Perform detailed access reviews, audit validations, and remediation tracking.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners for role alignment and governance.
. Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities within IAM operations.
. Ensure adherence to IAM policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
. Strong hands-on experience in IAM tools and access management processes.
. Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
. Good understanding of RBAC, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to work independently and handle high-priority tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in global IAM operations.
. Exposure to audit and compliance requirements.
. B.Tech / BCA or Any graduate degree.
