Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for complex HR operational issues requiring senior-level intervention
  • Manage HR systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, and ServiceNow for case management and HR operations
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by creating, updating, and maintaining SOPs and HR process documentation
  • Handle escalations from HR teams and business stakeholders, ensuring root cause analysis and resolution
  • Design and deliver training programs for new joiners and continuous learning for HR team members
  • Implement and optimize HR workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, employment laws, and internal HR policies
  • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR projects and initiatives within timelines
  • Support employee lifecycle management for EMEA/UK regions, ensuring smooth HR service delivery
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee-centric service delivery
  • Monitor HR process performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback
