Lead Gen AI LLMs & Agentic AI
About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Generative AI Engineer to architect, design, and deliver advanced AI-driven systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
This role demands deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to build intelligent, scalable AI applications that drive innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will work at the forefront of AI advancements, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into production-ready AI solutions using AWS and modern AI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, production-grade Python-based AI applications and services.
- Lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of contextual reasoning, multi-step task execution, and decision-making workflows.
- Engineer and integrate solutions using LLMs and Generative AI models, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and deploy cloud-native AI applications leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, SageMaker, and S3.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define AI solution strategies, propose architecture approaches, and deliver high-impact implementations.
- Evaluate, research, and integrate emerging AI frameworks and libraries to enhance system capabilities and maintain technical leadership.
- Drive optimization efforts across models and applications to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational resilience.
- Establish and maintain high standards of code quality through clean architecture, rigorous testing, and adherence to CI/CD best practices.
- Contribute to GitHub-based version control workflows and deployment automation pipelines.
- Remain at the forefront of AI/ML innovation, particularly in LLM advancements and Agentic AI developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8-10 + years of hands-on experience in Python development, specifically for AI-driven or backend systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, LLM architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and database integrations.
- Experience with API integrations, multithreading, and structured programming paradigms.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI solutions using AWS AI/ML services and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
