Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines sales strategy with hands-on digital marketing to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in building brand awareness and closing sales through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
  • Create engaging content for web, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to support marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
