Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it's head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps engineer, focusing on AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and secure AWS infrastructure.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.

Ensure security best practices for cloud environments including IAM, VPC configurations, and network security.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve DevOps culture and drive operational excellence.

What is needed for this role

7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.

Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, etc.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).

Scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash, or Go.

Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and scalability.

Nice to Have

Experience in a fintech/startup environment.

Knowledge of database management and caching solutions.

Exposure to multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure).
