Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, Workflows, and Web Services.
- Implement and manage modules for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Work with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Servers for secure, scalable integrations.
- Perform version upgrades, cloning, and patching activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop scalable and performance-optimized solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
- Build and maintain UI Pages, Macros, Dashboards, and advanced Reports.
- Ensure platform security and compliance while aligning with ITIL standards.
- Participate in DevOps processes, including code versioning, automated testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the entire SDLC lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, features, and community trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, XML, Jelly Scripting, AngularJS, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with modules like ITSM, ITAM, GRC, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server installation and management.
- Practical experience with platform upgrades, instance cloning, and post-upgrade validations.
- Good understanding of ITIL frameworks, RDBMS concepts, and ITSM processes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow SDLC, DevOps, and automated testing practices.
- ITIL Certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
