Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead Designer – Premium Interiors to own residential interior projects end-to-end, from initial client interaction through design finalisation and coordination into execution. This role requires a balance of strong design sensibility, client handling, and practical execution understanding to deliver high-quality outcomes and a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own residential interior projects from client discussion to design finalisation and execution handover
- Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and lead design presentations
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and material selections aligned with budget and feasibility
- Drive timely design approvals and ensure readiness of documentation for execution
- Coordinate with business, design, and execution teams for smooth project flow
- Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of residential interior design, materials, and execution processes
- Experience in handling client-facing roles for residential projects
- Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Commercial awareness including costing, scope, and feasibility
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
