We are looking for a Brand Partnerships professional to drive revenue through strategic content partnerships. The role involves building and managing brand relationships, pitching long-form and short-form content solutions, and closing deals aligned with brand objectives and storytelling. This role requires strong sales orientation, effective presentation skills, and prior experience in content-led or radio sales, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables and long-term partnerships.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect clients in market having potential to promote their brands via content integrations.
- Pitch content integration partnerships as a new-age way of connecting with consumers.
- Responsible for new business development and drive revenue growth by meeting defined sales targets through new and existing client relationships
- Pitch content partnerships for both long-form and short-form formats to new and existing brands
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Work on brand research, participate in Ideation work on pitches along with internal teams.
- Close partnerships and aid execution team in closing deal formalities
- Support the account management team in ensuring all deliverables communicated by the client are delivered in a timely manner
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Skills Required :
- Sales orientation: Ability to help clients visualize brand philosophy through branded content to close deals successfully.
- Presentation skills: should be able to communicate the value of mediums through presentation and effective communication.
- Creative Orientation: Ability to connect content with brand objectives.
- Previous experience in content / Radio Sales is a must (experience in selling Branded Content/Video will work as an advantage)
- Good connect with people on the Brand / Client Side

Qualification: Post-graduate/ Diploma in Mass Communication / MBA (Marketing)
