Job Description

Role Overview

Lead the conceptualization and curation of immersive brand experiences across a diverse portfolio of events including media drives, employee engagements, dealer conferences, festivals, special events, social celebrations, and weddings.

Drive the creation of compelling lifestyle and product narratives that enable brands to express their identity, engage communities, and build meaningful connections with their audiences.

Translate brand objectives into multi-dimensional experiences by integrating storytelling across digital, music, film, art, culture, and emerging mediums—ensuring every touchpoint delivers a cohesive and impactful brand story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative strategy and concept development for pitches and live projects
  • Own and elevate the creative output of the agency, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and award-worthy work
  • Develop and deliver powerful pitch presentations that clearly communicate ideas, narratives, and visual direction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client servicing, production, film, design, and set teams to ensure seamless execution of concepts
  • Act as the creative custodian, ensuring consistency in storytelling, aesthetics, and brand alignment
  • Contribute to new business development through winning pitches and strengthening client relationships
  • Integrate digital, content, and PR-led thinking into experiential concepts where relevant
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Education:

Graduate/Diploma in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

9+ years in creative strategy/conceptual roles within experiential marketing, advertising, design, visual merchandising, interiors, architecture, theatre, or films.

  • Proven ability to lead ideas from concept to execution
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail in design and production
  • Ability to craft narratives visually and verbally
  • Deep understanding of brand building and consumer engagement
  • Strong awareness of cultural trends, arts, and emerging content formats
  • High level of creative confidence, ownership, and accountability
