Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our founding team. This is a creative + execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders to shape our brand voice. Expect strong ownership, exposure to growth strategy, and the chance to build in the most exciting HealthTech space of this decade.
What you'll do
- Plan, ideate, and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Lead a team to design compelling creatives.
- Ideate, Coordinate and execute shoots for Reels/short-form videos, and draft hooks, and scripts that resonate.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Share insights to optimize content and posting schedules.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and features
- Execute high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, or viral experiments directly from the Founder's Office.
Who you are
- 6-10 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, (startup experience preferred).
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts with measurable results.
- Strong design skills and familiarity with basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Confident in writing scripts, captions, and hooks that convert views into engagement.
- Comfortable ideating, planning, and coordinating shoots (UGC, reels, team content).
- A natural storyteller who understands branding, tone, and positioning.
- Strong analytical mindset
