We are looking for a Principal Digital Designer (UX/UI) (m / f / d) to join our Design &
Customer Experience team and create experiences that make technology more human.

- Create and validate ideas fast – build prototypes, test early and guide decisions with real user feedback.
- Collaborate and facilitate – align disciplines through workshops and co-creation sessions.

- Design complete experiences – craft journeys across products and platforms, balancing user needs, business goals and technical realities.
- Advance our design system – grow a shared foundation that increases quality and consistency across products.
- Champion accessibility and inclusion – design with empathy to ensure our experiences work for everyone and reflect our customers.
- Innovate through design – challenge conventions and turn emerging technologies into experiences that redefine how people connect, communicate and live.

Your Profile
- Hands-on experience in Digital Design & development, design concepts and implementation with 9+ years of professional experience
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
- Resilient, adaptable and collaborative, you keep learning and help others grow.
