Team: Product Management - rt360 GRC Product Suite
Role: Lead Consultant

Job Description:
We are strengthening our award-winning rt360 product team and inviting applications for a Product Lead – rt360 GRC Product Suite. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and facilitate GRC Product development.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
· Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes
· Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development
· Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared
· Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
· Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery
· Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Client Engagement:
· Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives related to GRC and ESG.
· Conduct detailed needs assessments and requirements analysis sessions.
Solution Presentation:
· Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of the rt360 GRC and ESG Product Suite.
· Customize demonstrations to meet specific client requirements and address their unique challenges.
Technical Expertise:
· Maintain a deep understanding of the rt360 GRC and ESG Product Suite, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team throughout the sales process.
RFP/RFI Proposal Management:
· Assist in the preparation and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and timely responses.
Relationship Building:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within prospective client organizations.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Training and Development:
· Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure a thorough understanding of the rt360 GRC Product Suite.
· Continuously update and enhance sales and marketing collateral.
