We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support system.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues.
Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
