Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic change execution within the DigitalX functional unit, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans.
  • Design and embed sustainable change, reinforcing new behaviours, processes, and ways of working for long-term adoption.
  • Create functional unit-specific change plans, incorporating communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain DigitalX-wide communication plans and oversee the delivery of communication activities.
  • Perform impact assessments to evaluate the effect of changes on internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Conduct change readiness analyses, identifying risks, gaps, and areas requiring targeted support.
  • Deliver clear, consistent messaging to impacted stakeholders, tailoring content to diverse audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and managers across the functional unit to drive adoption of change initiatives.
  • Coordinate across projects and initiatives to reduce change and communication fatigue.
  • Leverage data and feedback to recommend improvements to change management tools and approaches.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Office, particularly the Change Management Chapter, to apply consistent frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in change management, internal communications, or digital transformation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a matrixed environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. Ability to conduct impact assessments, readiness analyses, and develop change plans including communication and training activities.
