Job Title: Lead – Business Development

Job Summary:

As a Lead - Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the agency's growth through strategic partnerships and tailored advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across digital, print, and integrated campaigns

Create and deliver engaging sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients Understand client needs and offer customized advertising and marketing solutions Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure alignment and seamless project delivery

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategy Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline and conversions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

8-12 years of experience in business development, preferably within an advertising, media, or creative agency

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Strong network within the marketing and advertising industry is a plus
