Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new clients and key accounts
• Identify, target, and acquire profitable business opportunities with both new and existing customers
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and deal closure
• Expand existing accounts through strategic account management (farming)
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the staffing and IT consulting industry
• Proactively generate high-quality leads through networking, market research, and outreach
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience)
• Proven sales experience in the IT consulting or staffing industry
• Strong regional experience in Singapore and APAC markets (mandatory)
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
