Job Title: Lead – Business Development
Job Summary:
As a Lead - Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the agency's growth through strategic partnerships and tailored advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across digital, print, and integrated campaigns
● Create and deliver engaging sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients ● Understand client needs and offer customized advertising and marketing solutions ● Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure alignment and seamless project delivery
● Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
● Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategy ● Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline and conversions
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
● 8-12 years of experience in business development, preferably within an advertising, media, or creative agency
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
● Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
● Strong network within the marketing and advertising industry is a plus
