Job Title: Consultant

Experience required: 12+ Years

Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams.
• Requirements Discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives
• Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
• Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts - Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously
• Work independently with minimal or no supervision - Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Engineering/consulting experience with a successful track record
• Conduct Training or Demo for Clients / System Users
• Ready for Travel (Short Term and Long Term)

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have worked on E-com Domain
• BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc.
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong experience with stakeholders management

• Preferred technology Stack is Open Source, but other technical background candidates will be fine if willing to work in Open Source technology stack
• Experience with Overseas clients is a must (preferred US and European Clients)
• Onsite exposure would be added advantage
