Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements for AI solutions
- Elicit and refine user stories and functional requirements to align with business goals and technical feasibility
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration and process improvements
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams across front-end and back-end operations
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to ensure project alignment and success
- Maintain detailed business process documentation ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on business analysis and AI product development
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for AI solutions
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence and similar project management tools
- Understanding of automation, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies for modern infrastructure adoption
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills for driving continuous process improvement
