Project Engineer - H/W

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers
• Prepare and analyze existing systems, determine specifications, and ensure hardware/software compatibility
• Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies; recommend corrective actions
• Complete project tasks based on assigned work packages
• Deliver projects on time with quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve self and team engineering capabilities; share best practices
• Support Team Leader/Lead Engineer on technical issues and project execution
• Ensure project implementation follows Rockwell Automation engineering standards
• Maximize use of reusable standard products and engineering in project delivery
• Manage technical risk and clarify technical issues during project execution
• Implement cost reduction through process improvements and reusable engineering
• Ensure 100% compliance with technical items defined in project/work packages
• Support Team Leader in managing team performance, development, and motivation
