Job description:
- Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals.
- To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable assets products growth, profitability, risk alignment, productivity across channels etc. in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business to ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines.
- Work with leadership team to address the market dynamics, emerging trends and evolving customer needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives
- Focus on growth, diversification and achieving scale
Desired candidate profile:
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting. Should have experience in strategy or consulting role in Banking or consulting industry.
- Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification from reputed institution with specialization in Strategy, Finance, or Banking. Certifications in Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation or Business Analytics will be advantageous
