Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation Vision
- Define the GCC's strategic value proposition aligned with enterprise-wide business and technology goals.
- Lead transformation initiatives across people, processes, technology, and culture to drive organizational change.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between GCC and global business/technology stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across business units to ensure measurable business impact.
- Define and manage service delivery, meeting SLAs and proactively identifying opportunities for service expansion.
People Leadership & Talent Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of senior leaders, managers, and associates to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, training, and retention aligned with the GCC's strategic objectives.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive organizational culture to enhance satisfaction and commitment.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation, standardization, and adoption of agile and DevOps practices.
- Leverage emerging technologies including AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms to build digital capabilities and optimize operations.
- Establish innovation hubs and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to scale technology diffusion and best practices.
Performance & Risk Management
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure success, agility, and value creation.
- Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance, and security standards.
- Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, and capacity management to meet client demands.
- Promote alternative delivery channels to foster sustainable internal/external competition.
Financial Budget Management
- Develop and manage the annual delivery centre budget to meet financial targets.
- Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and implement frugality initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
Compliance & Risk Governance
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements, including labor laws and data privacy.
- Lead risk management and business continuity planning.
- Align with Eurofins entities and National Service Centres on shared compliance and governance efforts.
