Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in BI development
- Proven expertise in SAP BO, Azure concepts, architecture, and data modeling principles.
- Proven experience in developing SAP BI solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Expertise in query design and reporting tools (e.g., BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office) - advantage.
- Solid understanding of the data and business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements clearly and concisely.
- Expert SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- MS, Tableau, or SAP certifications
- Mentoring junior engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with SAP BI/PowerBI/Tableau security concepts and user authorization.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and BI/4HANA
