Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI/MLOps products. This role specializes in delivering expert services within IBM's Data Platform, focusing on AI/MLOps products such as OpenPages and watsonx.governance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- work with IBM project teams and Customers to understand Customer's requirements
- make recommendations for how Customer's requirements could be met within OpenPages
- configure OpenPages in line with agreed solution design.
- create custom triggers and helpers for OpenPages
- remediate custom triggers and helpers following software upgrades or due to modified requirements
- document configurations and custom code.
- support customers in solution testing
- provide input to effort estimates and durations for project deliverables and new proposals
- knowledge sharing - provide support and advice to IBM project team members in relation to deployment of OpenPages.
- Work will primarily be conducted remotely with potential for travel.
- Minimum 5 years of OpenPages experience and has very good consulting experience

- Java / J2EE coding expertise
- SQL scripting expertise
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)

- Problem solving (technical diagnosis and identifying path to resolution)

- React JS / Carbon UI technologies for helper development
- GRC Domain experience
