Lead Analyst – Institutional Client Services, Private Equity Investor Relations (Bangalore, India)

An established global alternative investment platform is seeking a Lead Analyst to join its Institutional Client Services team supporting Private Equity strategies.

This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, fundraising support, and institutional reporting, working closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing materials, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), investor presentations, and LP reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review DDQs, LP requests, and investor reporting materials.
• Develop pitchbooks, marketing presentations, and fundraising collateral.
• Support quarterly investor communications and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with global Investor Relations and investment teams.
• Maintain content libraries and proposal management platforms.
• Support documentation, SOPs, and reporting process improvements.
• Drive automation and efficiency across reporting workflows.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple workstreams while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of experience within Private Equity, Institutional Client Services, Investor Relations, Fundraising Support, or Performance Reporting.
• Strong experience preparing DDQs, LP requests, investor presentations, and fundraising materials.
• Experience developing pitchbooks and marketing decks.
• Knowledge of proposal management platforms such as Qvidian would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a global team environment.
