Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech//Diploma/Bsc) with minimum 8 years of IT Asset Management experience (SAM + HAM) managing (Microsoft, Adobe, Winzip, Oracle Java); preferably in IT / Banking sector
Should have in-depth knowledge on change management process and CMDB process
Should have performed utilization monitoring, remediation and un used asset recovery process
Should have performed physical stock verification, reconciliation among IT management systems
Must be very good to support end to end software License Management life cycle processes.
Experience in working with software deployment tools, and further reporting.
Must have experience collaborating with various IT teams, e.g Infrastructure, Security team, Workplace, Architecture, Vendors
Ability to closely work with License Manager on publishing timely ELP reports
Sound knowledge in license entitlements and procurement along with ELP reports
Ability to propose cost saving by way of optimization, simplification, automation, AI use case.
Must be able to manage effectively global Operations (key agreed deliverables, SLA's and KPI's) with focus for continuous improvement in process efficiency.
Provide various management reports measuring inventory, s/w compliance, risk level, renewals, remediation plan.
Support Software license audits in collaboration with various key internal stakeholders
Working with Office tools is mandatory, at an intermediate to advanced level especially on Excel facilities.
Minimal knowledge of AD users and computers is required.
Good understanding of vulnerability process.
Must to have: working with antivirus management consoles and reporting (MS SCCM & Intune)
Teamwork skills in operational conditions.
Agreement to work continuously on 2nd shift (1PM-10PM IST)
Self-driven individual that connects quickly with stakeholders to build rapport.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required, and ambiguity is constant.
Good analytical skills and ability to drive operations independently
Good communication skills (verbal, written) and Knowledge in Project management are desirable.
