Job Description

Job Role: - Laptop Support Technician

Qualifications Required: -

  • Minimum education: 10th / 12th Standard / Diploma in IT
  • Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking preferred from any recognized institute
  • Freshers/Candidates with 6+ months of Desktop/Laptop support experience will be given preference.

Key Skills & Responsibilities : -

  • Proficient in MS Office activation, Photoshop and software installation
  • Ability to set up wireless printers and routers
  • Strong skills in Laptop & Desktop diagnosis and troubleshooting (Basic L1 Level)
  • Demonstrate laptops and confidently explain product features to customers
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets
  • Build trust and deal with customers confidently
  • Ensure every Croma laptop buyer is informed about Zip Services and actively promote relevant service packages

Work Schedule: -

  • Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 8:30/9:00 PM
  • Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays are mandatory
  • Weekly off available between Monday – Friday
  • Store remains open on festival days; compensatory leave will be provided later.
